Synopsis
Oolong
steals Bulma's Dragon Radar, and discovers that
someone is gathering up the Dragon Balls. He and
Gohan go into the Zulmaizubri Mountains in time to see
Dr. Kochin summoning Shenlong and wishing
for Dr. Uiro's lab to be released from the ice.
Piccolo arrives to save Gohan from Kochin's
Bio-Men (that look surprisingly like cyborg versions
of Nappa's "Saibai-Men"), but the Demon King
is overcome by 3 mysterious figures (Gohan and Oolong
escape). Later, Kochin goes to Kame House and kidnaps Bulma in order to
force Kame-Sen'nin to go with him to the lab. Kame-Sen'nin
is told to fight the three biomechanical warriors, and does well
for a while, before being defeated by rubbery Misokattsun.
Bulma learns that Kochin
and Uiro plan on turning the Earth into a desert.
Dr. Uiro long ago lost his original body, and
he wants the body of the world's strongest man to
house his brain. But, while Kame-Sen'nin was the
winner of the Tenka-ichi Budôkai 50 years
ago (when Uiro's lab was iced over), the strongest
man is now Goku.
Goku
learns what happened to Kame-Sen'nin and goes to
the lab, where he destroys all three fighters (with a
little help from Gohan and Piccolo, who show up just as things are looking bleak for him).
Goku ends up battling none other than Piccolo (whose thoughts are
being controlled by Dr. Uiro) until Gohan's shouts of rage and
frustration cause the mind-control bands to shatter.
Dr. Uiro decides to fight Goku, and as he pulls
his robot body free of the wall, the resulting destruction
hurls Kochin
down an energy shaft, and Kochin's
outer coating melts before his own robot body is
destroyed. Uiro fights the heroes and looks like
he'll win, when Goku creates a Genki-Dama. The others take the battle
high into the atmosphere as a diversion, until Goku manages to throw
the Genki-Dama and destroy Dr. Uiro.
Afterwards,
Kame-Sen'nin says he liked one thing about Uiro
-- the fact that he thought Kame-Sen'nin was the
world's strongest guy. Bulma tells him that he is the "world's greatest" -- the
world's greatest pervert. Everyone laughs.
