Spike continued right where they left off with the original Sparking! (known outside Japan as Budokai Tenkaichi) for the second game's opening. Though we are treated to some of the new villains to appear in the game as playable characters (Tullece, #13, etc.), they do not actually interact with the heroes in this particular animation.
