Detailed Synopsis
The narrator showcases Earth returning to peace after the defeat of Majin Buu. Two years later, however, a certain battle took place, and we will now recount that story. Videl pops an airship out of a #7 capsule, looks up at a statue of her father, and sighs to herself. Has much actually changed in those two years...?
Two space pods burst through space, followed shortly thereafter by another two...
Goku is tilling the fields out on Mount Paozu, and asks Chi-Chi why they have to do all this work since Mr. Satan's around with money. Chi-Chi insists that Goku plant special radishes and work hard.
Gohan plugs away at his computer when Videl sends him a message saying that her father's hotel is finished. She tells Gohan (while Mr. Satan & Buu are cleaning up in the background) that everyone is invited, but she is so embarrassed that her dad gets all the credit when it was really Goku and everyone else that won the battle.
Goku and Chi-Chi have no interest in attending the party, but Goten wants to go. Goku says they can go on ahead, but Gohan cleverly puts out there that Mr. Satan was planning an all-you-can-eat event. Goku imagines himself sitting in a huge pile of food, and decides that they are all going! Gohan is happy, since now Videl will not yell at him!
Kame-Sen'nin, Umigame, and the whole bunch of friends arrive to pick up Goku and his family. Goku says it has been a while! Kame-Sen'nin goes to say hello to Chi-Chi's breasts, and gets smacked in the face with a frying pan. Kuririn says Goten has grown, and Yamcha remarks that it has been two years. Videl asks Gohan where Piccolo is, and points to show him outside the ship standing on his own. Everyone takes off, and Piccolo follows along. Goku remarks that even "Urigame" is along for the ride, once again messing up his name!
Mr. Satan's workers are setting up all of the tables as he wanders around checking up on it. The main steward informs him that all of the guests have arrived, and Mr. Satan tells him to treat them all as VIPs. Outside, Bey is peeing on the side of a building while Vegeta (in his standard blue outfit and shoulder-less armor) is leaning up against the side (noting that the world's saviors have become soft).
Goku arrives and Bey hops up to lick him hello. Vegeta asks why Goku is dressed for battle; Goku returns the question, to which Vegeta answers that it is Saiyan "formal wear". Goku, with a slight smirk on his face, replies that the same goes for him. The two face off and prepare to spar a bit, while Chi-Chi and Bulma simply sigh at their husbands... who then declare that the other is not going to each as much!
Mr. Satan greets all of his guests (who include a wide range of characters!) and tells them to enjoy themselves. A bunch of reporters show up to crash the party and ask Mr. Satan's thoughts on his new hotel to commemorate the defeat of Majin Buu. 
The steward lures the reporters away by introducing the hotel's name off of a hidden board: "Mr. Satan's World-Saving Defeat of Majin Buu Super Gorgeous Hotel"...! Mr. Satan runs over to try and cover it up (clearly embarrassed), but the reporters all seem to love it! He then changes his tune and poses for the camera, being broadcast all over. Videl says she has a bad feeling about this...!
Two space pods once again appear, this time preparing to enter Earth's atmosphere! The citizens of the city run in terror as the two pods burst down the streets, through buildings, and across water. Piccolo notices the broth in his spoon shaking, and turns to sense what is going on. The two pods finally land, and two beings step out into the smoke. One is wearing a scouter, has a tail, and appears to be Saiyan! Everyone at the party starts to sense something is wrong, but Vegeta specifically questions if it is who he thinks it is...
As everyone steps outside, we are shown a short Saiyan with an even shorter, bald, round alien accompanying him. Vegeta steps out to greet "Table"... his brother! Table hops over to greet his brother with a smile, but Vegeta asks why he has come here, being that their dad send him to another planet since he was too weak to fight. Table explains to Vegeta that a Namekian told him that Vegeta had returned to Earth after the defeat of Freeza, and he has come to ask for help because of a duo (Avo & Cado) that are terrorizing his home planet. He is no match for them, and they have also followed Table here to Earth.
Goku asks if they can help, but Table politely notes that his power is not strong enough. Vegeta walks away telling Table not to trust his scouter while Goku walks out front and begins to power up into Super Saiyan. The numbers on Table's scouter continue to increase until it eventually explodes on his face. Goku returns to normal and asks if that was OK. Table is now quite happy and asks for their help. Vegeta says not to worry, and that he will take care of it. Goku and Vegeta go back and forth saying that each other will be the one to fight, until Trunks and Goten ask to fight. Kuririn, Gohan, and even Kame-Sen'nin also want to get in on the action. Goku says that there are only two enemies, and they should not be bullies about it!
Goku teleports everyone back to his home where we see all of the radishes have grown. Goku says they will each pull one out, and the one with the longest radish will get to fight. Kuririn is the first to pull one out, and while it is tough to get... it ends up being a tiny one! Vegeta pulls out a huge but stumpy one. Kame-Sen'nin pulls out a disturbingly-erotic one! Goten pulls out a large one, so Vegeta tells Trunks to make sure he pulls out an even bigger one. Trunks grabs one and it appears to be small, but it has a long, stringy end that goes down the length of the mountain. Since Goku said the "longest" one, Trunks is the winner!
The little alien runs up to thank Trunks, and Vegeta finally asks Table who it is. It is his wife! Gure introduces herself to Vegeta, who wide-eyed returns the gracious pleasures of introduction. Kame-Sen'nin remarks to Bulma & Chi-Chi how Saiyans sure pick strange wives! Chi-Chi misses with her attack, but Bulma is able to smack him down.
The other two space pods finally arrive and crash down by Mr. Satan's new hotel area. The steward runs forward saying that aliens have arrived. Goku and friends teleport back just in time to see the two aliens pop out. They are both round faced and short (something of a cross between Dodoria and Gurd), wearing scouters and typical Freeza-armor. They are here for Table! Gure hides behind her husband as Vegeta tells Trunks to go ahead and take them out. Kuririn and Yamcha cheer him on, while Bulma tells him to take them out. Goku whispers to Vegeta that since there are two aliens, there should be two fighting. Vegeta says Trunks is fine. Goku takes matters into his own hands and whispers to Goten that Vegeta said it was OK for him to go fight with Trunks. Goten runs off to fight, ripping his clothes off along the way. Vegeta is pissed, but allows it.
Avo & Cado read the kids' ki on their scouters and are not impressed. They walk forward to greet their matches. Vegeta asks Table if these two are Freeza's men. Table says they are remnants that were on another planet when Freeza was destroyed. Vegeta remembers them now, and notes that they were on the level of Ginyu-Tokusentai back then. Table says they are even stronger now! Goku notes to himself how in retrospect Freeza was not all that much for a villain, and these two should be perfect for the kids.
Avo & Cado patronize the kids at first, but Trunks flies up in the air, forcing Avo's hand up in the process. Goten bows before Cado and asks if he wants to play. The two kids unleash their attacks, batting them back and forth in the air and the ground. Goku pulls up a chair to watch the fight, while Oolong (cross-dressing with an apron and blush on his face) and Pu'er serve drinks on the sidelines.
Avo & Cado burst up to fight back, but do not seem to do much damage to the kids (though they are finally keeping up a bit). The four all punch each other in the face at the same time. The two groups are slightly impressed with each other now. Avo & Cado nod to each other and use a technique similar to the Zanzôken and note that play time is over. They begin to pummel the kids while Vegeta taps his fingers in frustration. He yells for Trunks to pay attention and read their ki; he is forgetting basics. Bulma says it is because he never taught Trunks! The two begin bickering with each other while Goku laughs at them. The two kids get smacked to the ground, so Gohan walks over and asks if they want help. They refuse, but Gohan says he will just coach them along. The kids rush back in, and Gohan tells them which directions to aim their hits in. 
Kuririn asks Piccolo what he thinks, to which he retorts that it is all still too weak. Gohan tells Goten to read the opponent's ki, and that will be where to aim. Goten finally does so and gets in a good hit. The kids finally are able to gain control of the battle, and knock the after-images back into them. Avo & Cado drop their scouters, yell "Gattai", and merge into one giant, purple beast!
"Avocado" (or "Aka") rushes up and grabs the two by the necks, smashing them through buildings and along the ground. He twirls around and tosses them into a mountain. Bulma cries out for Trunks, but Vegeta yells her name, causing her to stop in her place. Trunks calls to Goten, and it seems they have mutually decided what to do; Vegeta says to himself for them to go ahead and do it. The two kids tell Aka that they have been waiting for him (well, he is right there)... and they fuse... into Fat Gotenks! Bulma tells them to take it seriously, so they re-fuse into Gotenks (successfully this time). Gotenks has arrived, and has been waiting for Aka... who has, again, been right there the whole time. Gotenks rushes forward to attack with Yamcha's Rôga-Fû-Fû-Ken, and follows up with Tenshinhan's Haikyû-Ken, resulting in a spike down to the ground. Gotenks finishes up the combo with a Super Saiyan Dynamite Rolling Thunder Punch!
Everyone begins to walk away assuming the fight is over, but Goku, Piccolo, and Vegeta remain behind knowing that the battle is not quite over. Aka pops out of the water (much smaller in size) and unleashes a Super Destructive Energy Wave on Gotenks (Wahaha no Ha). Gotenks repels the attack, but it heads towards the group. Piccolo is able to use the Makankôsappô in time to deflect it, and everyone says this is not a joke. Aka forms a larger attack this time (Super Wahaha no Ha), and energy blasts begin destroying the entire area. Gotenks deflects some to save Table & Gure, while others destroy buildings. A large building top crashes down and heads towards #18 & Marron, but Kuririn flings off his clothes and tosses a Kienzan to save them. Bulma, Pu'er, and Oolong attempt to run away, but Oolong falls down. Yamcha flings off his clothes and forms a Sôki-Dan to destroy some rubble that threatens them. Even Yajirobe jumps in to slice a building! Kame-Sen'nin hops around to save the women.
Goku and Vegeta finally jump into action. Goku points to the side and fakes out Vegeta so he can rush in and take the fight for himself. He turns Super Saiyan and fires a giant Kamehameha through to Aka, and then rushes in with a great punch. Vegeta lands and says that was not fair. Kuririn and Yamcha land next to Goku, who asks what is up with their gi (being the same, traditional, orange gi that they all used to wear).
Mr. Satan collapses to his knees, his entire new hotel completely destroyed. Videl says that it is a sign of humility from God, and they will start over again. Goku says they can rebuild it, and Kuririn says they should ask Shenlong to fix it all up! Videl grabs her dad by the cheek and says he promised!
Goku's stomach growls, and even Vegeta's growls from off-screen. Mr. Satan says there is still food, so they should dig in! Gure freaks out as she watches the Saiyans all dig in like animals. Goku asks if Avo & Cado want to join them, but they seem to be satisfied with the radishes. Goku takes Vegeta's sushi and eats it, only then asking if Vegeta wanted them. Vegeta angrily states he was saving those for last, and grabs Goku's Chashu Pork. The two scream over the table at each other, even going Super Saiyan. Goku says he thought they were friends, which Vegeta loudly denies.
The narrator informs us that the story of the evil menace is over, which never even managed to register in the public memory simply because it happened just a little too late in time...
Goku turns around and says goodbye to the viewers!
